Vlocity offers ‘Industry Vertical’ solutions that are built natively in Salesforce® and run on top of the core Salesforce platform. The first Industry Verticals available are Vlocity for Telecommunications and Vlocity for Insurance.

VNM has gained experience in Vlocity implementation services through turning around a troubled project at Old Mutual Africa. In addition, further experience and knowledge has been gained through a detailed assessment of the Vlocity Telecommunications solution for Orange Belgium.
